Daniel has a bachelor's degree in vocal performance from Iowa State University and a master's degree in vocal performance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has over ten years of experience in teaching private voice and piano lessons, including five years as a college professor. In addition to private lessons, he serves as the pianist/co-director of music at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sussex, Wisconsin. Throughout the year, Daniel also directs plays and musicals with Accompany of Kids and Germantown High School.
Daniel teaches in a wide variety of vocal styles, including classical, pop, musical theatre, rock, and jazz. A majority of what he teaches, however, is musical theatre. He has had students accepted into the top musical theatre college programs in the country. One of his students was a national semi-finalist in musical theatre in the NATS student competitions.
